A history of success

Steven's Story

Steven Robert Young's career path is anything but ordinary. At 19, he defied expectations by landing a sales role at a high-ranking jobbership for a Top 10 Fortune 500 company. Though lacking requisite experience, he achieved remarkable results: over his tenure: he quadrupled sales and, before the age of 30, led a multi-million-dollar division within the company, setting the foundation for what would evolve into his methodology.

 

In 2001, Steven relocated from Los Angeles to New York City, where he achieved his greatest sales successes with industry giants such as Estee Lauder, Intel, Viacom, Publicis, Conde Nast, and AOL to name just a few. Then, in 2008, leveraging his diverse experience, Steven founded his consultancy to empower more businesses. His insights culminated in IDEAL, his proprietary five-step process for achieving ambitious goals. Today, Steven's passion lies in coaching and guiding individuals and companies to the success they seek.

 

In addition to working with his clients, Steven is a top-rated trainer at an international business academy. His articles are published by the award-winning magazine TrainingIndustry.com.

In 2020, the impact of the pandemic led to a new direction for Steven's business.  The change brought IDEAL to the forefront, and to anyone (not just businesses) with a goal to improve, achieve, or become something important to them.

On partial scholarship, Steven earned his degrees from California State University, Los Angeles. He is a member of three national honors societies.
